- Inbound
- Teleselling/Telemarketing
- Market research surveys
Required skills
- Full fluency in Italian and/or foreign languages
- Previous experience working in a call center
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Willingness to work specific shifts
- Ability to communicate with customers over the phone
- Good working computer skills (PC), especially Windows packages and the web
