I first came to Grid in 2006, when I was 20.
In these years, I have been charged with many responsibilities: I began as Director of General Services, then moved on to Account Manager and, finally, Assistant Director, responsible for coordinating and organizing the Call Center’s operations.
Grid’s style of participatory management – and that of the Assistant Director – allows everyone in management to feel that they are participating in the company culture, generating very positive effects on all our personnel in terms of a feeling of belonging, motivation and excellent quality performance.
This participatory model leaves behind the administrative-bureaucratic management style, moving forward towards a new and different view that focuses on the definition of objectives, delegating responsibility, trust and reliance on responsible managers.
The positive results achieved by Grid demonstrate the efficacy of its “participatory style”.
That is why I can honestly say that I am proud to work with the Gruppo Alchimia and with Grid.
