On going training

One of the initial strategic decisions that has proven fundamental to Grid’s rapid growth was to design a detailed program of ongoing training for all the young Albanians who work with the company.
Thanks to its permanent training program, Grid enhances and augments the professional skills of all its workers: those who had no previous experience in the working world; those who have worked in other call centers, especially the specialized ones, and those already working in the higher echelons, whom the company intends to groom for a management career.
The different levels of training courses are all based on the entry level course, a basic introduction designed for new staff members (taught by Grid’s experts). Workers then continue on with the type of training, updating and/or specialization deemed appropriate for his/her specific technical/relational aptitudes.

In this way, in addition to learning sector-specific skills, Grid workers develop their ability to communicate, their sales skills and their organizational and management abilities, acquiring the professional qualities required to best carry out their responsibilities.
The career development of Grid’s “guys and gals” is also driven by the systematic and captivating activity of in-house communication, which takes advantage of many participatory tools and incentives drawn from a youth culture context, to create a working climate characterized by positivity and well being, which permits Grid to rely – for every job – on their motivated and efficient professional response
