The choice of the company name and logo was inspired by the desire to underscore the affiliation with the parent company, the Italian holding Alchimia, offering innovative outsourcing services to international companies, and by the hopes of becoming a going concern in Albania.
In 2005, the first Grid logo was created.

The word GRID recalls the idea of a network, which is what the new company aimed to become for its client companies: “the nexus of a grid/network of contacts” that helps their business grow. The choice of the Greek letter Gamma – inside the square red box – refers to the range of services, diversified over time.
The range of services had grown to include eight different categories (ten in 2010), integrated in the Client Company organizational model, to which Grid provided – in addition to experience, skills and problem-solving abilities – a partner-oriented business vision, familiarity with international markets and the up to the minute know-how of its parent holding company.
In addition, the grid/network of contacts that Grid creates for its Client Companies stands out for the reliability and confidentiality of the data and the results.
Grid evolved into a one of a kind Contact Center in the Albanian context, and in February 2007, the original logo was accordingly changed, becoming bolder graphically and highlighting the text that declared its new role.
The Grid Contact Center logo morphed into the present symbol.

Grid Contact Center: putting companies in touch with their business
From the “GRID 2010 Service Charter “ [Carta dei servizi GRID 2010]:
“A company’s image is built gradually, day after day. It becomes recognizable and positive when its activities arouse enough interest and consensus to be considered an example of economic and social success in the country in which it operates.”
